Moving Forward!

Ok so I am moving forward with this project, still adding character images and the like. Although This book / Comic is something that may take a while to get the first page up. So far I only have one human character a 6 year old female tribe member named Nia Bear, her best friend is Quest however she is often seen with her elder brother's dog Dakota.

Quest is a 'mama's boy' type of dog, typically getting jealous when Nia is around Dakota he usually slinks off and sulks in their tent. He loves hunting and fishing with the elder humans in the clan, making him feel needed and loved. He can seem shallow at times and encourages arguments in people, he seems like he's self absorbed but you best not harm or try to harm Nia. This two year old malamute will do anything to save her, whats more he is a lead sled dog for the Waterview clan during the winter months, with his keen sense of direction as well as his serious attitude when working he is seen as a prime example of the dogs in the clan. Wonder where he gets his inflated ego....

Well that's about all the updates I have right now, I am still working on characters and backgrounds as well as pages for the book im hoping to one day produce. Until next time! Have a great day!

Update

Sorry for the lack of updates, so the last couple of weeks have been super busy for me. I've been actually sketching out some more characters for the book and comic, so far they are pretty neat. I've been thinking of adding some 'alien' like canines to it but I don't know, so far I haven't gotten very much further into this as the last week and a half have been super busy with my husband as well. No rest for the weary though, ill be scanning and coloring the dogs I have made into the computer and start getting those done. I do have a new character you all can view for now though, Her name is Destiney and im trying to figure out which role she would be best in for the comic. Right now im not going to worry about her just quite yet, but she's out there if you want to see.

Ok so the above is Destiney and she's a puppy, more information on her will be given later on in the updates.

Front page

Hello Readers! I wanted to let you know I do have the front page of the book im wrighting, I have also decided to make it a comic for those who don't like reading too much. And as it goes a comic would probably be easier, however the book is more detailed. Anyways, enough of my blabbing lol.

You can find the cover for the book/comic here Haus of Dogs cover (will be redone later) It didn't take long to make and im still working on the background behind the husky, however I just wanted to update on it.

The dog on the cover is one of the characters in the book, here's a little information on him.

Dakota is a six year old Alaskan husky, he's an elder of the Waterview clan. His clan consists of a group of humans, and fifteen other dogs. Dakota is an experienced war veteran and has lost his right eye when shrapnel nearly tore his face off, after four years of therapy and kindness his hair grew back over his face but his eye is a constant blue coloration now. Dakota has been declared a war hero not only by the clan he lives with but also his own kind, stories are constantly told of the brave dog. He's a gental male, pretty laid back for what he has gone through. Dakota teaches us that through love and affection, people can overcome a lot of obstacles in their lives. Dakota lives with his human, Anthony Bear.

Thanks for reading! Have a wonderful and bright day.
